Terms & Conditions
- This is not a final tax invoice and is being issued for estimation/advance request purposes only.
- This invoice is for 30% advance against the total website development project value of ₹35,000. Balance 70% (₹24,500) will be invoiced separately.
- Includes 3 months complimentary maintenance after project handover.
- Payment Timeline: Full payment within 14 working days.
- Late Payment: Interest at 24% annum as late payment applicable to overdue invoice after 14 days.
- Refund Policy: No refunds for delivered/partially completed work.
- IP: Transferred upon full payment.
- Service Warranty: Services are provided as per agreed specifications. Any issues must be reported within 7 days.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- Tax Compliance: All taxes as applicable under GST Act will be borne by the customer as shown in the invoice.
- Disputes: Subject to Bangalore Jurisdiction.
